At CURIO at Faena Bazaar, we strive to ensure your designer selections are perfect; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to remain eligible for a refund.
Ship to the Bazaar
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a courier pickup for your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators inspect the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
